How much time will it take to gain access?

Depends on the size and specificities of the request. 
 If you have an FCT or European research project already approved and resources are available your request may be fast-tracked. 
 Requests for smaller compute and storage capacities (CPCA A0/A1) are generally easier and faster to accommodate. 
 Larger requests may require scientific evaluation
